THE STATEMENT OF
III-INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S PICTURES BIENNALE
“JOY OF TASHKENT”

I. Main Rules
International biennale reveal new talents, creations of additional conditions for perfection of professional skills of young children’s of painting, and also for development of intellectual level of children of preschool, school age, increase of their interest to country and world history and culture, expansion of representations about them is spent with a view of support of children's art creativity, assistance and establishment of mutual understanding and the international dialogue of Uzbekistan children with their contemporaries from the various countries of the world.
As organizers of the Biennale it’s Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, Fund «Forum of culture and art of Uzbekistan» Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tashkent city Hall.

The Children from 5 till 15 years old of preschool, school age, including, pupils of specialized boarding schools for children with the limited possibilities and the Mercy houses can be participate.
According of conditions, the artworks which have arrived to biennale, not be return. They arrive to the order of organizers, which they are use in Uzbekistan and abroad including at the organization of thematic exhibitions it will be shown the name of author reserve, the right to itself. Biennale has an emblem which is used in printing, souvenir production, at exhibiting of exhibitions when due hereunder, according to the country legislation.

Themes of Biennale are: «The World of childhood», «My Motherland», «The World in which I live», «My dream», «Uzbekistan which I know». The payment for participation in biennale is not raised.
Coordination behind activity of various departments, establishments on carrying out international biennale children's pictures at corresponding organizational, creative level is carried out by is constant-operating Management at Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.

The organization international biennale includes 3 stages:
1st stage – sending information materials to foreign countries, organizations and different departments in Uzbekistan.
2nd stage - receipt of works, their sorting
3rd stage - organizing biennale, leading of its results, definition of winners and prizewinners, release the catalogue of biennale.

II. Jury
Competition results will bring jury which structure include well known artists, art critics, experts in the field of children's creativity, teachers of art educational institutions, foreign citizens, representatives of creative intelligence.

III. Prizes
The higher award is Grand-Prix will be awarded to one participant with the diploma.

Rewarding is provided:
Gold Medal with the Diploma – 7
Silver Medal with the Diploma – 7
Bronze Medal with the Diploma – 7
Commemorative medals – 50

All participants which artworks are participated in exhibition will be given certificates of III-International Children pictures Biennale “Joy of Tashkent”.The various state and not state organizations, representations of the international organizations found incentive prizes and awards on nominations «For the best reflexion of theme», «For professional skill», «For creative imagination» and in other directions. Also the organization will be created international summer camp in 2011, for 71 youngest talented children with the excursion across Uzbekistan and "master classes" with participation of well known artists.
Special diplomas will note also educational institutions, the mugs which pupils have won the greatest quantity of prize-winning places.
